Creating a communication network and constantly coordinating with public universities,private universities(local and international) and the institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This network contributes to the prosperity and advancement of the educational level and helps the university in keeping pace with the latest developments at university and cultural levels.

Tasks
تقوم شعبة العلاقات العامة بالمهام الآتية:
1- تطوير عمل العلاقات في الجامعة وتبادل افق التعاون، وسبل المعرفة، والخبرات بين الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمة والدينية والتربوية في مجال العمل الأكاديمي، والبحثي.
2- تفعيل الرؤى الآنية، والمستقبلية في المؤتمرات وورش العمل، والندوات ضمن التخصصات المشتركة بينهما.
3- العمل على خلق اجواء علمية للمساهمة في المسيرة التعليمية في العراق.
4- العمل على معطيات البرنامج الحكومي لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وتوحيد الرؤى المشتركة.
